Thank you for shopping at Furrybasics. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a positive experience with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team exclusively at furrybasicsbarkdeterrent@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at furrybasicsbarkdeterrent@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for verified defects.

5. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including gift cards, promotional sale items, and products that have been altered or damaged after delivery. Return requests made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
