All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Windows & Delivery Times

Our standard shipping timeframe is 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your geographical location. Please note that this is an estimated window and delivery times may fluctuate based on local logistics carriers and seasonal demand.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery. Tracking info may take 2-4 days to update in the system after shipment.

4. Shipping Regions

We provide international shipping to major global regions. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before payment completion.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Delays

Furrybasics is not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, or taxes applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs clearance processes vary by country and may occasionally extend the delivery window beyond our control.
